We are currently looking for substitutes at Växa in Region West for assignments on robotic farms around Laholm/Ängelholm. Do you like working with cows, people, and service? Then you fit into our team.

At Växa, you work as a substitute independently with freedom under responsibility and with the customer in focus. The job involves working with several of our customers and supporting them in their daily animal care.

Your tasks include: Animal care on dairy farms such as milking, feeding, machine operation, calf care, and promoting good animal health. If you are the right person, you have great opportunities to influence your work based on your interests and experience.

Employment and scope: The position is a permanent employment after a 6-month probationary period, with a working degree of 50-100% according to your wishes. Fixed monthly salary.

Växa Sweden has a collective agreement, and you are covered by pension, security insurance, and wellness grants.

Suitable education and experience

• Agricultural education or equivalent practical experience is required
• Experience working with milking robots
• Driving license B
• Machine operation
